Forge offers welding services to repair and refurbish forging dies, trimmers, bolsters and hammer components. Forge has a dedicated welding shop, sandblasting booth, and scarfing booth to remove the die impressions.
These booths are all environmentally controlled. We have welding rigs for continuous flood welding for the forging dies. Our welding positioner handles 36 inch diameter dies up to 8,000 pounds. Forge has two furnaces to handle die blocks 96 inch x 56 inch with weights up to 16,000 pounds.
